Project Manager – Commercial ConstructionPhoenix, AZA well-established Phoenix-based General Contractor is looking to add an experienced Project Manager to its growing team.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that delivers a diverse portfolio of ground-up restaurant, coffee shop, café, and retail projects across the Phoenix metro area. The business has a strong pipeline of repeat-client work and offers the chance to take ownership of projects from preconstruction through closeout.What You’ll Be DoingManage multiple ground-up commercial projects from award to completionOversee budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client communicationWork closely with Superintendents to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budgetReview contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project reportingBuild and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractorsWhat We’re Looking For5+ years of Project Management experience with a Commercial General ContractorProven experience delivering restaurant, coffee shop, retail, QSR, or other fast-paced commercial projectsStrong knowledge of ground-up constructionProficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction softwareExcellent communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage several projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environmentWhat’s on OfferPerformance bonus potentialVehicle allowance / mileage reimbursementHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysLong-term career growth with a reputable Arizona GCIf you’re a commercial construction Project Manager looking to work on exciting restaurant and coffee shop projects with a busy and growing Phoenix General Contractor, we’d love to hear from you.
