Regional Vice President - Boston Market

The Regional Vice President (RVP) - Boston is accountable for leading the market as a fully owned business unit, with full responsibility for operational excellence, leadership development, and sustained financial performance across all cafés in the region. This role not only executes the model but strengthens and scales it, translating company strategy into disciplined, repeatable systems that elevate performance across People, Product, Environment, Great Service, and Cost (PPC). The RVP is a visible, field-connected leader who builds teams, raises standards, and ensures every café consistently delivers the Tatte experience, including both front-of-house hospitality and savory/café culinary execution.
