Farm Hand/ Operations Manager

Daily inspection of cattle health and pen/ lot cleanliness. Move cattle from pen/lot for cleaning and to add sawdust for bedding. Weekly loading of used animal bedding on to semis. Daily/ weekly tidying of all work areas. Simple weekly Maintenence of machinery. Manage cattle inventory and numbers as cattle move in to and out of the facility. Requirments: Be a self-starter without the need for constant supervision. Be willing to help in any area to get the job accomplished. Be able to organize and prioritize responsibilities to ensure efficent operations. Livestock experience Simple back ground in cattle health is preferred but not required Must be willing and able to operate machinery Must be punctual. We offer: Pay is based on experience and starts at $18+/ HR. Insurance assistance, 401K and 1 weeks vacation after 1 year of employment,paid holidays, and weekly pay.
