Overview Senior Electrical Engineer (MEP) – PE License Required Location: Hybrid – Based in the Chicago or Indiana region, with travel to Champaign, IL once per week Type: Direct Hire Salary: Up to $160,000 (flexible based on experience) Benefits: Generous PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, short & long-term disability, life insurance What You’ll Do Lead electrical design efforts from concept through construction Oversee and approve work from junior engineers Collaborate with clients, architects, and internal teams Prepare and review electrical construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates Conduct site visits and support project management and bidding Solve complex design challenges and ensure code compliance Technical Focus Areas Low, Medium & High Voltage Distribution Substations, Switchgear, Protective Relaying Electrical Equipment Maintenance & Testing What You Bring B.S. in Electrical Engineering (ABET-accredited) PE License (required) 5+ years of experience in MEP consulting/design Proficiency in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and SKM/ETAP Strong communication and leadership skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
