Senior RF Engineer- Wireless Communications
Overview
In this role you will provide engineering and technical services for complex systems across transmission, distribution, and telecom fiber networks. You will design substations, analyze system disturbances, and support protection and control schemes, while progressing modernization efforts and renewable integration. You will work both in the office and in the field on diverse projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable service. This is a hands-on position with meaningful impact on grid resilience and operational efficiency.

Key requirementsBachelor’s degree in engineeringFive to eight years of related experienceEngineering design experience preferredKnowledge of utility power systems preferredAbility to independently develop and execute projects with cross-department collaborationFamiliarity with power-related software preferredWillingness to travel (MA/CT/NH) and a valid driver’s licenseEmergency restoration availability as requiredCommunicationTeamwork and collaborationOwnership and accountabilityKnowledge of utility power systemsPower-related software familiarityEngineering design and analysis
