Bartender

Job Description Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and ensuring satisfaction.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.Adhere to food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as necessary.Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.Stay informed about new drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance guest experience.RequirementsProven experience in bartending or food service, preferably in a fine dining or nightclub setting.Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems for efficient order processing.Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately.Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.A passion for hospitality and helping others create enjoyable experiences.
