They need a Program Manager who can operate at the intersection of engineering, manufacturing, and customer pressure—and win.What You’ll OwnFull lifecycle ownership: prototype → pre-production → launch → full productionDrive Stage-Gate program execution, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigationLead cross-functional teams across engineering, tooling, quality, and operationsOwn engineering changes (ECO), PPAP, APQP, and launch readinessBe the face to the customer—manage communication, expectations, and issuesEnsure programs hit cycle time, labor, OEE, and cost targets at Run@RateBring order to complexity—internally and externally(This role is accountable for both protecting the plant and delivering for the customer—no excuses, just results) What You BringDirect Ford customer experience (non-negotiable)Proven Program Management experience in a Tier 1 / Tier 2 automotive environmentStrong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and product launchesEngineering background strongly preferredWorking knowledge of APQP, PPAP, DFMEA/PFMEA, GD&TAbility to lead without authority and drive decisions across functionsInjection molding exposure = strong plusWhat Success Looks LikeClean launches.
