We are seeking a skilled and motivated ICU Registered Nurse to join our team on a 13-week contract and contribute to our mission of excellence in patient carePosition Overview:As an ICU Registered Nurse with our prominent hospital system, you will be responsible for providing advanced, specialized care to critically ill patients. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, excellent clinical skills, and a commitment to delivering compassionate and patient-centered care.EDUCATION:Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered with relevant experience CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE: RN-Registered Nurse of CaliforniaBLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare ProviderACLS-Advanced Cardiac Life SupportStrong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentCommitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered careNIHSS (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale within 90 days)CCRN preferred.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AS TYPICALLY ACQUIRED IN: Minimum of two years of experience in an ICU or critical care settingShifts Available: All shifts are available, including days and nights.
