Manufacturing Planner

Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Planner 3 (Electrical) to support aerospace production programs in Mesa, AZ.In this role, you will play a critical part in translating engineering designs into executable manufacturing plans, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with aerospace standards.This position is ideal for professionals with strong experience in electrical manufacturing, engineering drawings, and process planning within aerospace or defense environments.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and translate engineering drawings and design changes into detailed manufacturing work instructionsDevelop and maintain manufacturing planning to support production requirementsInterpret and apply engineering specifications and process documentation (BDS/BCA or equivalent)Coordinate engineering changes and ensure seamless integration into manufacturing processesSupport electrical manufacturing activities including wiring, harnesses, avionics, and fabricationEnsure compliance with production standards, quality requirements, and internal processesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and qualityRequired QualificationsAssociate’s degree or higher in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field(or equivalent hands-on experience)3+ years of experience in manufacturing planning, process planning, or production engineeringStrong ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specificationsExperience developing work instructions and manufacturing plansBackground in electrical manufacturing (wiring, harnesses, avionics, or similar)Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting aerospace or defense programs such as AH-64 Apache or VC-25BKnowledge of production systems (BDS/BCA)Hands-on experience with MESCI (Manufacturing Execution System Common Image)Experience working across multiple manufacturing sites or large-scale production environments
