This is a high-touch, client-facing role where emotional intelligence meets sales acumen.Your primary focus will be to drive member engagement, satisfaction, and retention through personalized service and strategic upselling of Quintessentially’s suite of luxury offerings. With a proactive, consultative approach, you’ll curate experiences and source solutions that are not only logistically flawless but deeply aligned with your members’ tastes, values, and aspirations.You’ll work closely with our global team of specialists and brand partners, serving as the ultimate connector between clients and the world’s most exclusive opportunities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESServe as the primary point of contact and relationship manager for a portfolio of top-tier Private MembersDeeply understand each Member’s lifestyle and preferences to anticipate needs and personalizerecommendationsPosition and sell Quintessentially’s premium offerings—from travel to bespoke experiences—as value-added solutionsMeet and exceed KPIs related to member satisfaction, retention (renewals), and revenue contributionCurate, plan, and deliver complex lifestyle requests with precision, speed, and creativityProactively suggest experiences, services, and upgrades to enhance Member engagementLeverage our global network to access exclusive reservations, tickets, products, and servicesUphold the highest standards of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism at all timesIDEAL PROFILE5–7 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, personal concierge, private client services, or luxury account managementProven success in a sales or client retention-focused role, ideally working with HNW/UHNW clienteleExceptional emotional intelligence and client intuition; able to build trust quickly with sophisticated, high- expectation individualsStrong global knowledge of luxury destinations, brands, and lifestyle trendsExcellent communication and presentation skills; confident navigating high-pressure conversations with senior-level clientsEntrepreneurial mindset with a refined, polished, and professional demeanorSelf-motivated, organized, and solution-oriented with an unshakeable commitment to excellenceFluency in English required; additional languages a plusWORK SCHEDULECore Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM PSTHybrid Schedule: In-office presence required on Tuesdays & ThursdaysOccasional availability outside working hours for urgent requests or VIP needsBENEFITSComprehensive Healthcare, Dental & Vision with company contributionFlexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare & Dependent Care)Generous and flexible PTO offeringBirthday allowance, day off401k, available on the first day of the month following your start dateSalary: $65,000 – $75,000 base + generous commission structure
