Solutions AdvisorBlue Yonder is seeking a Solutions Advisor to join our Supply Chain Advisory team. The Solutions Advisor will support the development and delivery of customer-focused, cost-effective, and innovative supply chain solutions. This role contributes to customer satisfaction and success by supporting solution design, delivering insights, and assisting in the deployment of tailored supply chain capabilities aligned to customer business needs.What You'll Do:Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by offering strategic insights and practical Blue Yonder solutions that meet business requirementsAbility to present additional solutions to current customers to solve their business needsParticipate in customer engagements, discovery workshops, and design sessions, documenting requirements and assisting in solution blueprintingProvide foundational subject matter expertise across supply chain management, operations, and supporting technologiesAssist with demos of Blue Yonder solutions using prepared business stories and data, including basic configuration or data load supportConduct analysis and contribute to recommendations that align configuration decisions with operational and financial outcomesCollaborate with sales, consulting, and product teams to support customer adoption activities and ensure alignment during the project lifecycleMaintain working knowledge of Blue Yonder solutions, industry trends, and competitive dynamicsBuild strong working relationships with customers by delivering high-quality work and supporting their implementation journeyIdentify potential opportunities for enhancement or expansion and escalate observations to senior team membersWhat We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related fieldA minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer-facing supply chain solution advisor or consultative sales roleFoundational understanding of supply chain domains such as forecasting, demand planning, inventory, or transportationStrong communication skills, with the ability to translate supply chain concepts for technical and non-technical audiencesCustomer-focused mindset with commitment to delivering quality and valueAbility to deliver Blue Yonder demos using business stories, business impact, and differentiation; can support tag changes and data uploads to support customer demosExperience with Blue Yonder solutions is preferredThe base salary range for this position is $92,000 - $115,000. The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.
