Personnel will operate in austere field environments, often during extended 12-hour training days, and must be able to carry loads of 40 pounds or more, stand or march for prolonged periods, and work safely with blank-fire weapons and tactical vehicles. All contractor staff are designated mission- and emergency-essential, meaning they are required to report for duty during base closures, inclement weather, or other emergency conditions, and must sustain operations without interruption. Telework is not authorized under this contract, and personnel are expected to be physically present at the training sites as scheduled, with limited travel between locations or to headquarters if directed by the Government.J-18808-Ljbffr
