You’ll be responsible for shaping a platform that is stable, scalable, and flexible to support high-quality execution across retail and foodservice teams.Your work will focus on evolving the CRM to deliver a connected, intuitive experience; aligning workflows, data, and integrations that power how sales teams plan, execute, and sell across 12-15 global regions. You will help position the CRM platform as a catalyst for better planning, execution, and decision making across the organization.Platform Product Ownership & StrategyOwn the vision, outcomes, and roadmap for the Core CRM Platform that underpins sales execution across retail and foodservice teamsDefine the most important platform problems to solve, balancing stability, scalability, and flexibilityEstablish clear success metrics tied to platform reliability, data quality, adoption, and downstream experience enablementBuild new pathways to utilize the CRM to drive new sales experiencesDiscovery & DeliveryLead discovery through system analysis, partner input, data review, and experimentation to identify the highest-leverage platform improvementsTranslate insight into a clear, prioritized roadmap and well-defined product requirementsPartner closely with engineering to deliver platform capabilities that are robust, extensible, and aligned to long-term architecture goalsUse performance data and feedback to guide iteration, reduce friction, and improve platform health over timePlatform Enablement & IntegrationImprove the architecture, data flows, and integrations that power the sales experienceStrengthen data quality, consistency, and accessibility across systemsDefine a configuration model that supports different sales motions and teams without introducing unnecessary complexityEnsure the platform enables downstream product teams to build high-quality sales experiences efficientlyCollaboration & InfluenceAlign with sales, engineering, data, and adjacent product teams on priorities, dependencies, and shared outcomesCommunicate platform trade-offs and decisions with clarity, especially where stability, speed, and flexibility must be balancedContribute to a culture of learning, accountability, and continuous improvement within the product organizationQualifications:Key Qualifications8+ years in program or product management or related fields (engineering, design, data, research)Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experienceDemonstrated success shaping and shipping digital products that meet user needs and deliver business impactProficiency in modern discovery and delivery practicesStrong analytical thinking, with comfort using data and experimentation in decision makingClear, compelling communication across technical and non-technical audiencesAbility to balance multiple priorities and make thoughtful trade-offs in complex environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience building or managing platform products that serve multiple teams or business unitsFamiliarity with CRM systems or customer-data platforms (any technology stack)Exposure to integration design, data modeling, or workflow orchestrationSkillsProduct Thinking - Connects user needs, business context, and technology into clear direction.Customer Insight - Builds deep understanding of behaviors and workflows; translates insight into opportunities.Analytical Judgment - Defines success metrics, uses data to focus the team, and applies experimentation to validate decisions.Influence & Communication - Brings clarity to ambiguity and guides alignment across teams.Execution Excellence - Balances long-term direction with near-term delivery; ensures quality, speed, and reliability.Learning Mindset - Adapts to new information; embraces iteration and continuous improvement.Collaborative Leadership - Builds strong partnerships with engineering, design, data, and operations; fosters inclusive teamwork.Agile Methodology, Application Development, Business Processes, Business Value Creation, Change Management, Influencing, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office, Negotiation, Process Improvement Plans, Risk Mitigation Strategies, Software Development, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Strategic IT, Vendor Management, Waterfall ModelSalary:The expected base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $175,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held.
