Your responsibilities will include: Leasing Apartments:Conduct property tours and showcase available homes to prospective residents. Manage the application process, follow up with leads, and secure leases to meet occupancy goals. Provide exceptional customer service in all levels of the prospect journey including following lead policies and fair housing regulations Build customer relations with prospective residents Sales process and close all tours to lease apartments Help with open houses and other outreach marketing events Tenant Relations:Build genuine, positive relationships with residents to enhance their experience and encourage lease renewals. Address tenant inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism and efficiency. What We're Looking ForWe're seeking motivated individuals with: Experience: 1-2 years in leasing, property management, sales, or real estate (preferred). Skills: Strong sales, customer service, and self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software.
