These categories are already organized as part of SolutionMall’s IDC equipment system, together with technical resources and sales playbooks.2) Role OverviewWe are looking for an IT Engineer – Server Room & IT Infrastructure Equipment to support projects and technical work across the Middle East region, excluding Saudi Arabia and the UAE.This is a part-time role and can also be understood as a flexible cooperation-based technical position. However, the focus of this role is primarily on technical capability, not pure sales or general project coordination.We are looking for someone who has practical knowledge of server room equipment, IT infrastructure hardware, and supporting facility products, and who can help with:technical product understandingequipment matching and configuration supportrequirement clarificationquotation and product selection supportproject-related technical communicationbasic customer-facing technical supportBusiness development and market support are part of the role, but they are secondary. The priority is to find someone who can truly understand the technical side of IT room and infrastructure equipment and contribute to actual projects.3) Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support for IT Infrastructure EquipmentSupport technical work related to server room and IT infrastructure equipmentAssist in understanding project requirements and matching suitable equipment categoriesProvide supported by product catalog, technical resources, and sales support materials.Requirement Clarification & Product SelectionSupport the clarification of customer requirements related to server room and IT supporting equipmentHelp translate project needs into structured equipment lists or product directionAssist in checking whether selected equipment matches basic project conditions and application requirementsSupport quotation preparation, product comparison, and technical communication during solution matchingProject Technical CoordinationWork with SolutionMall teams to support technical communication during project follow-upAssist in answering customer questions related to equipment categories, application scenarios, and basic configurationSupport coordination between customer requirements, equipment selection, and project progressHelp ensure that technical communication remains clear during quotation, order, and delivery stagesBasic Business SupportSupport local
