Luxury Vehicle Hospitality Manager

OverviewA premium hospitality space is seeking a highly motivated, self-starting professional to manage a private, invitation-only showroom environment. This role requires experience in retail, customer service, and experiential programming, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards within a curated, customer-facing setting.Pay Range: $25.50 - $49.00Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for the showroom/lounge and oversee all day-to-day activities within the space.Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and clients to manage event scheduling and maintain an organized master calendar.Oversee routine maintenance, including housekeeping, facility upkeep, repairs, and vendor services, ensuring the space is always in optimal condition.Be available onsite to support vendor access, including deliveries, installations, catering, and technical setups.Maintain organization of the space, including inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.Collaborate independently and cross-functionally to support execution of events, activations, and experiential programs.Develop working knowledge of operational systems and equipment to troubleshoot issues or coordinate service support when required.Deliver a high level of customer service to visiting guests, clients, and partners, while accommodating both scheduled and ad hoc requests.Manage program budgets and prepare summaries, reports, and recaps for internal stakeholders.Generate regular reports on activity, usage, and performance metrics.Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal teams and stakeholders.Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to enhance the guest experience.Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.Ensure the space remains clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.Coordinate cleaning schedules and complete occasional errands to ensure operational readiness.RequirementsQualificationsMinimum of 5+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments, with a strong emphasis on experiential settingsExperience working with premium or high-end brands preferredDemonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to contribute to marketing initiatives and enhance customer engagementStrong interpersonal and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detailAbility to take direction while also working independently with sound judgment and initiativeProfessional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong service orientation and commitment to delivering elevated, personalized customer experiencesHigh level of integrity and professionalism in all client and stakeholder interactionsFlexible and adaptable, with willingness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekendsCollaborative team player with strong active listening and communication skillsAbility to evaluate situations critically and implement effective, solution-oriented responsesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) or equivalent toolsCommitment to adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and quality standardsAbility to stand, walk, and move for extended periods, and lift up to 25 pounds as neededMust be based in or near the designated work location
