Furr quality standards, manufacturer specs, and industry best practicesDocument findings clearly and professionallyRepresent F.H. Furr with a customer-first, solutions-focused mindsetWhat We're Looking For5+ years of hands-on Hvac service experience with strong diagnostic depthExpert knowledge of residential Hvac systems (gas furnaces, heat pumps, Acs, controls)Proven ability to troubleshoot non-routine, high-level technical issuesStrong understanding of airflow, electrical systems, refrigeration, and combustionEpa certification required (nate certification strongly preferred)Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workmanship qualityStrong communication skillscalm, clear, and professionalValid driver's license and clean driving recordWhy Join F.H.
