This role is ideal for an experienced employment litigator who can independently manage complex matters while providing strategic counseling to employers and employees.What You’ll DoLead single‑plaintiff and complex employment litigation mattersHandle wage and hour cases, including class and representative actionsAdvise employers and employees on compliance, investigations, discipline, terminations, and separation issuesDraft and argue dispositive motions and manage discoveryConduct and defend depositionsAppear at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferencesCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and agenciesWork closely with partners on lean teams with meaningful responsibilityWhat We’re Looking For6+ years of litigation experience in state and or federal courtSubstantial employment law experience requiredStrong motion practice and discovery management backgroundExcellent research, writing, and analytical skillsWorking knowledge of California employment law and civil procedureActive Florida Bar and California Bar membership or ability to obtain California Bar promptlyWhy Dhillon Law GroupBalanced plaintiff and defense‑side employment practiceSenior‑level responsibility on high‑impact mattersDirect client engagement and strategic involvementCollaborative, rigorous, practice‑driven environmentCompetitive compensation based on experienceAdditional Job Application TermsThis job is part of LinkedIn’s Full-Service Hiring beta program.
