ALPLA values their employees, work-life balance, personal growth, compensation and sustainability.What Can You Expect From ALPLAHealth and Wellness Care Program- BenefitsChild Care BenefitsDependent Care Cost Savings ProgramRecognition programs; Promotional opportunities401K Retirement Plan and excellent Matching PlanMedical, dental, vision planEducation assistance program/tuition reimbursementShort term, long term and life insurance paid by ALPLAPaid vacation; paid holidaysWhat You Will Enjoy DoingMain Responsibilities:HRIS AdministrationMaintain and support HRIS platforms (e.g. UKG or similar systems)Ensure accuracy, integrity, and security of employee data through regular auditsConfigure workflows, business processes, and system settingsManage user access, roles, and permissionsTroubleshoot system issues and provide end-user supportCoordinate system upgrades, patches, and enhancementsReporting & AnalyticsDevelop, maintain, and distribute standard and ad hoc HR reportsCreate dashboards and metrics to support HR and business decisionsAnalyze HR data trends and provide actionable insightsSupport internal and external audits with required dataIntegrations & Data ManagementManage HRIS integrations with payroll, benefits, and third-party systemsMonitor and resolve file transfer issues (e.g., EDI feeds)Ensure proper data mapping and system compatibilitySupport data migration and system implementationProcess ImprovementIdentify opportunities to streamline HR processes through system enhancementsDocument system configurations, workflows, and standard operating proceduresParticipate in HRIS implementations and continuous improvement initiativesWhat Makes You GreatEducation:Minimum 4-year Degree (Bachelors) in related field or equivalent, preferredExperience:2-5 years' hands-on experience supporting HRIS systems or HR/payroll operations2-5 years' hands-on experience with UKG suite of productsSkills:Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and excellent time management skillsStrong customer service orientation and ability to support end usersHigh attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyAbility to work independently and collaboratively across teamsKnowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle (hire, transfer, termination, etc.)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)Experience with reporting tools and dashboard creationFamiliarity with HRIS integrations, file transfers, and data interfaces (e.g., EDI)Understanding of system configuration, workflows, and user security rolesExperience with HRIS implementations, upgrades, or system migrationsExperience in a multi-state or global organizationCertifications/Licenses:N/APhysical Demands:The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms and very occasionally to climb or balance.The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.The employee is regularly required to sit.The employee must regularly lift and/ or move up to 10 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 30 lbs and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 lbs.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.It is required to act in a safe and environmentally responsible manner at all times by adhering to all ALPLA policies and procedures and Safety Standards (OSHA).ALPLA is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: ALPLA is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
