Electronic Warfare Engineer with Security Clearance
Systems Engineer/EW Location: APG, MD Job Description: Serve as a Systems Engineer and Electronic Warfare (EW) Provide expertise in ensuring delivery of critical signals intelligenceWork with intel and EW analysts to characterize adversary electronic orders of battleTo include specific analysis on threat radar systems and blue force systemsConduct analysis, design, and integration of ground based ELINT and EW systemsResearch and implement processing technologies for RF data processingCollaborate across multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving:Use cases, CONOPS, CONEMP, and TTPsParticipate in algorithm design and ML frameworksEnsure completion of all required activities in a timely mannerConceive new concepts and approaches to resolve engineering problemsIdentify existing or potential problems and provide advice and guidanceCoordinate and support all aspects of EW operations, including:Planning, collection, processing, analysis, dissemination, and reportingWork with engineers, analysts, and operators to ensure accurate intelligence productionConduct technical analysis of foreign threat systems and develop countermeasuresGuide and train team members and vendors on new technologies and methodologiesAssist in management of technical resources to achieve operational objectives Qualifications:BS in Electrical Engineering (or related)5+ years of experience in Electronic Warfare (EW)Expertise in EW systems and operationsAbility to translate Army Capability Manager requirements into actionable goalsExperience developing presentations for support activities to summarize results of actionsExperience analyzing, designing, and integrating ground based ELINT and EW systemsStrong knowledge of ELINT systems and subsystems to develop specificationsUnderstands and can follow development operations procedures Preferred Qualifications:Experience with X-Midas, MATLAB, Python, and other software toolsExperience with JEL, JICD4.2, remote ops, and systems integrationAbility to develop and implement innovative solutionsExperience working with government and military customers Active DoD TS/SCI
