Our environment reflects that mindset: high-energy, collaborative, growth-oriented, and focused on delivering a premium client experience from start to finish.⸻Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Physical Therapist located in Fairfield, CT.The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-performance clientele using a combination of hands-on care, movement analysis, strength and conditioning principles, and individualized rehabilitation programming. Clinicians are expected to confidently progress patients from pain reduction to full return to sport, training, and high-level activity.Responsibilities include:* Performing comprehensive movement and orthopedic evaluations* Designing individualized rehab and performance-based treatment plans* Delivering one-on-one manual therapy and exercise-based interventions* Guiding clients through strength, mobility, stability, and return-to-sport progressions* Providing patient education centered around long-term performance and resilience* Collaborating with trainers, coaches, and other healthcare professionals when appropriate* Maintaining accurate documentation and tracking measurable outcomes* Contributing to the continued growth and culture of the companyThis role is ideal for clinicians who want to practice at a high level, think beyond outdated insurance-driven models, and be part of a modern performance healthcare brand.⸻Qualifications* Doctorate (DPT) or equivalent degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program* Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license* Strong foundation in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation* Understanding of strength and conditioning principles and return-to-sport programming* Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills* Ability to operate independently while thriving within a collaborative team environment* High emotional intelligence and strong client-facing professionalism* Passion for performance, movement, fitness, and continued professional growthPreferred Qualifications* Experience treating athletes and active populations* Familiarity with performance-based rehab models* Dry needling certification or interest in obtaining certification* Experience with cash-based or concierge healthcare models* Strength and conditioning background (CSCS or equivalent preferred)⸻What Makes Visionary Different* True one-on-one care* Performance-forward rehab model* Athlete-centered environment* Premium client experience* Freedom from high-volume insurance-based treatment* Clinicians encouraged to grow, innovate, and think critically* Integration of rehab, recovery, and performance under one brand“Unlocking The Athlete In Everyone.”
