Project Manager (Bridge / Highway)

expectation documents, performance management, task planners, employee change forms, etc.Work closely with the Field Operations team on resource management to ensure we have the right people on the project at the right times to drive project profitabilitySupport Business Development, Estimating and Preconstruction efforts as needed Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.   Minimum 5 years’ experience in the heavy construction industry, knowledge of construction techniques and construction management. Must have bridge, roadwork, and DOT experience.    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day-to-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward our company's Zero Injury principlesProficient in Microsoft Office Suite;
