The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, manage administrative tasks, coordinate office supplies, and ensure efficient use of office resources. They will also facilitate communication between departments, address customer inquiries, and maintain a positive and organized office environment. And will be an assistant to the executive team, take assigned tasks from C level executives, The Office Manager will play a key role in supporting team productivity and office functionality.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficientlyStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholdersExperience with Office Equipment and tools to ensure smooth operational workflowsExcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time managementProficient in using office software (e.g., MS Office, scheduling tools) and managing recordsAbility to work collaboratively in an on-site environmentExperience in establishing and maintaining a professional workplace atmosphereGPU servers/racks industrial sales experience is highly preferred.Mandering&English bilinguo is a must.
