This isn't a seat-warming role where someone hands you a script — you'll be working alongside experienced sales leadership to architect the prospecting motion, build sequences, test messaging, and generate pipeline for Enterprise AEs. You'll own outbound across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and video. You'll prospect VPs of Operations and C-level buyers at freight brokers, 3PLs, and carriers. This is an early hire on a fast-growing sales team. The path to AE is real, but we need someone who's locked in on the SDR craft right now and wants to prove it.What You'll DoOwn multi-touch outbound prospecting across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and video targeting. Research target accounts and write personalized outreach for logistics and freight decision-makersQualify inbound leads and MQLs from marketing campaigns alongside the marketing teamBuild and refine outbound sequences, A/B test messaging, and help shape the playbook as we scaleBook meetings that actually convert for Account Executives — and hit your pipeline targetsKeep your activity data clean in HubSpotShare what's working and what's not. You're helping build this function, not just executing it.
