This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, works independently, and enjoys solving problems in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, connect with, and engage BCBAs and RBTs through LinkedIn and other platforms.Support staff retention initiatives and employee engagement efforts.Assist with patient intake, scheduling, and related administrative tasks.Contribute to daily operational workflows and special projects.Proactively address challenges and take ownership of assigned tasks.QualificationsPersonable, resourceful, and quick to learn new skills.Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in fast-paced situations.Familiarity with LinkedIn; interest in recruitment marketing preferred.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience in healthcare, HR, or operations is beneficial but not required.
