This role combines administrative support with direct customer interaction, ensuring a seamless and professional experience across all touchpoints.As a key member of our team, you will assist customers throughout their journey—from initial inquiries to post-purchase support—while helping internal teams stay organized and efficient.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer ServiceRespond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner Assist customers with product information, quotes, order status, and general support Guide customers through the purchasing process and help resolve issues or concernsMaintain a positive and solution-oriented approach to customer interactions Ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s high standards of service Administrative SupportManage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for consultations and installations Organize and update customer records, orders, and internal documentation Assist with data entry, invoicing follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams Support project tracking and ensure smooth communication between departmentsHelp streamline workflows and improve internal processes RequirementsPrevious experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Service Representative, or similar role Strong English proficiency (written and spoken) Experience handling customer communication across multiple channels (phone, email, chat) Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Nice to HaveExperience in e-commerce, construction, home improvement, or security solutions Familiarity with CRM tools, project management tools, or helpdesk platforms Experience supporting US-based clients
