Key Responsibilities
Define, plan, and execute large-scale technical programs that span multiple product teams and geographies.
Drive Agile delivery, ensuring milestones, risks, and dependencies are managed and communicated effectively.
Partner with engineering, product, and senior leadership to align program goals with business strategy and customer outcomes.
Mentor and develop a team of program managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
Implement governance, reporting, and metrics to track program health and drive data-informed decisions.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in technical program or project management within SaaS or cloud environments.
Proven track record delivering complex, multi-team initiatives using Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, etc.).
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional partners.
Excellent communication and analytical abilities, capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree or PMP/CSM certification a plus.
