You will be responsible for overseeing and driving the growth of our global e-commerce new business activities across multiple channels. You will lead a talented and diverse team of e-commerce professionals and digital marketers globally. You will also collaborate with other senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization to align our direct-to-consumer acquisition strategy with our overall business goals and brand identity. What You Will Do In This Role: Define and execute the e-commerce acquisition vision, strategy, and roadmap for our company, ensuring we deliver a seamless, engaging, and profitable online experience for our customers worldwide. Manage and optimize the conversion performance of our e-commerce platforms, including websites, mobile apps, online marketplaces, and various media channels. Develop and implement effective customer acquisition strategies, marketing campaigns, promotions, SEO, SEM, email, social media, and other digital channels to drive traffic and conversions, leveraging data-driven insights. Monitor key e-commerce metrics, such as sales, revenue, conversion rate, average order value, customer lifetime value, return rate, and customer satisfaction. You will provide regular reports on these metrics and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders across the company. Manage and grow the new customer bookings and budgets, ensuring we achieve and exceed our financial targets and optimize our return on investment. Lead, coach, and inspire a global team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, such as e-commerce platforms, and agencies, ensuring we get the best service and value for our e-commerce business. Stay abreast of the latest e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices, and identify new opportunities and challenges for our e-commerce business.  What You’ll Need to be Successful in this Role: Bachelor's degree or higher in business, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field. At least 10 years of proven experience in leading and managing e-commerce businesses, preferably in the direct-to-consumer sector with global operations. Extensive knowledge and expertise in e-commerce platforms, technologies, tools, and best practices, including web development, user experience, digital marketing, analytics, and e-commerce operations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior management, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams across variety of locations and cultures. Strategic, analytical, and creative mindset, with the ability to think big, solve problems, and drive innovation. Customer-centric and results-oriented approach, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve or exceed e-commerce goals and KPIs.
