Inside Sales Representative (Bilingual Japanese)

You will communicate with current and future customers and internal business units, helping with sales support, product education, product selection, quoting and order coordination. Each day offers a variety of fun and exciting challenges for you to tackle, including but not limited to:ResponsibilitiesQuotation entry, verification and analysisCoordinate deliveries to customers, including allocationEnter and maintain sales opportunities in CRM databaseConsistently meets or exceeds metrics related outbound calls and open pipeline opportunitiesOrder samples, evaluation boards, and other goods for customersManage active vendor listPrepare reports for customers, outside sales and managers as neededSchedule sales appointmentsCreate customer meeting agendasPrepare product materials or other items needed to executive F2F customer meetingsEnter, analyze and report monthly rolling sales forecast and annual sales forecastOrganize and participate in tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitsAssist with sales documentation and customer approvalQualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or sellingDemonstrated ability to move leads through entire sales process independentlySemiconductor or electronics industry experienceData manipulationStrong proficiency computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite /intermediate Excel (intermediate level), Internet and other computerized-systems (testing may be given).Possess effective organizational and negotiation skillsStrong command of English - oral and writtenBilingual skills - JapaneseExcellent written and verbal communication skills; and listeningAbility to multi-task, organize, and prioritize workROHM is an equal opportunity employer.
