The practice offers state-of-the-art facilities, including on-site physical therapy, digital X-ray, MRI, extremity CT, ultrasound, and lab services, all fully integrated with Next Gen EMR for seamless patient care.It is located near multiple surgical centers, ensuring continuity of care for patients requiring advanced procedures or surgical interventions. The practice serves as team physicians for Fresno State, Fresno Pacific University, and Fresno City College, reflecting its commitment to excellence and community engagement. Role & Responsibilities: As an Interventional Pain Management Physician, you will: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain conditions, including musculoskeletal, spine, and nerve-related pain Perform advanced interventional procedures, including epidural injections, nerve blocks, joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, and other pain management techniques Conduct and interpret diagnostic tests such as EMG (Electromyography) and NCS (Nerve Conduction Studies)Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of orthopedic surgeons, rehabilitation specialists, and primary care providers to develop comprehensive, patient-centered treatment plans Maintain high standards of clinical documentation in Next Gen EMR and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory guidelines Participate in continuing medical education, academic presentations, and professional society activities to stay current with advances in pain management and interventional techniques Mentor and support junior providers, residents, or medical students as part of educational initiatives Qualifications: MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Pain Management and Neurology, Anesthesiology, Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation, or related specialty Completion xsgimln of an accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship Strong experience in interventional pain procedures, EMG, and NCSExcellent communication, collaboration, and patient-centered care skills Eligible for California medical licensure Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary: $350,000 – $600,000, commensurate with experience Partnership potential after 2 years, including buy-in opportunities for both the practice and surgical center Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, disability, and 401(k)Malpractice insurance coverage Opportunities for leadership, clinical growth, and academic involvement Access to state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic equipment Supportive work environment emphasizing patient-centered care and professional development
