Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist for a 13-week contract in an acute care hospital's Cardiovascular Testing/Nuclear Medicine unit, requiring at least 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience along with CNMT or ARRT (N) certification.

Acute care hospital setting within a Nuclear Medicine/Cardiovascular Testing unit
General Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT procedures performed
Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts, 40 hours per week with flexibility to meet department needs
No weekend shifts required
No floating requirement
On-call rotation required with a 1-hour response time; on-call hours are Monday–Friday 4:00 PM–7:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday 10:00 AM–2:00 PM
Charting performed in Cerner
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of Nuclear Medicine experience
ISDOH required; CNMT or ARRT (N) certification required
BLS and NMTCB (PET) certification required
CPR certification required
License required if applicable
PET/CT registration and/or experience preferred
Y-90 Microsphere Therapy experience preferred
Additional Information
Responsibilities include general Nuclear Medicine and PET/CT duties
Candidates located within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible for this position
No BSN required for this position
First-time travelers will be considered as long as minimum requirements are met
