If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative consulting environment and are excited by the opportunity to help shape a growing practice, we’d love to hear from you.As a Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Consultant at The Encompass Group, youwill:• Lead or support full-cycle Workday deployments, with a focus on Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking modules• Partner with clients to assess current systems, define project scope, and configure solutions that align with business needs• Provide hands-on guidance for requirements gathering, design, configuration,testing, deployment, and post-go-live support• Translate complex business processes into clear and effective Workday solutions• Build trusted relationships with clients by delivering expert insights, strong communication, and proactive problem-solving• Contribute to practice development by mentoring junior consultants and sharing best practices across the teamWhy join The Encompass Group?:The Encompass Group is a people and technology optimization firm committed to helping organizations grow, thrive, and transform.
