Sr Java Developer

Required Skills & Qualifications7 years of Java experience with strong Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API design and development.3 years of front-end development using ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.Experience with microservices architectures and service integration.Proficiency with SQL and relational databases; familiarity with NoSQL is a plus.Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based version control, and automated testing frameworks.Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.Preferred Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of enterprise security concepts such as OAuth2, JWT, API security, and secure coding practices.Familiarity with observability and monitoring (logging, metrics, tracing) and production support readiness.Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps tools including Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, Artifactory, Ansible/Ansible Tower, with a focus on automation and vulnerability remediation.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, debug, and maintain full stack applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Build and enhance Java REST APIs and React-based web applications to support evolving business requirements.Collaborate closely with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Participate fully in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand ups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.Support quality engineering teams by enabling automated and manual testing to certify applications.Company Benefits & CultureComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A collaborative and inclusive work environment that values diversity.For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
