Sprout + Thrive is a pediatric outpatient homebased clinic dedicated to supporting children 0-12 yrs old and their caregivers. Located in Snohomish, WA, our goal is to help children meet their physical, social and emotional milestones while providing caregiver education to support kids at home, school and in the community. Role Description This is a part-time on-site role for a pediatric Occupational Therapist or OT Assistant at Sprout + Thrive. Responsibilities include providing occupational therapy services, evaluations, creating and carrying out treatment plans, collaborating with medical professionals, communicating with parents and caregivers, and focusing on pediatric care. This is a part-time role with a flexible schedule for the right candidate. Schedule could include part time day hours with babies and toddlers, after school hours 2-3 days/week, potential to add 1-2 Saturdays/month (if desired). Let’s design a schedule that works for you. Qualifications Occupational Therapy skills Communication skills, particularly with caregivers Experience in pediatric care Knowledge of medicine and healthcare practices Strong interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team Bachelor's, Master's of OTD degree in Occupational Therapy WA state licensure Flexibility Role Pediatric care: feeding, motor skills, sensory integration, fine motor delays and more Caregiver education & HEP Timely documentation (can be done at home) Build good rapport with child and family Collaborate well with other therapists Employment Type: Part-time Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $60.00 per hour Benefits: Opportunities for advancement Professional development assistance Medical Specialty: Home Health Pediatrics License/Certification: Occupational Therapy License (Required) Ability to Commute: Snohomish, WA 98296 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Snohomish, WA 98296: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
