Associate Attorney

The Charleston office of Copeland, Stair, Valz & Lovell is searching for an associate with 2 to 5 years of experience, preferably with some insurance defense background. The position is primarily focused on construction litigation with some opportunity to also be involved in general liability litigation. The role will be fast-paced, and candidates able to operate with some level of autonomy are preferred. Trial and deposition experience is strongly preferred. This position is hybrid in-office and remote.
