Systems Engineering Mgr

Overview In this role you will lead the SEIT efforts to define and execute the test program for a next-gen wideband MILSATCOM system. You will drive requirements for labs and tests, coordinate hardware/software integration, and shape system-level test plans. You’ll build risk-reduction test beds and guide a test team across factory and in-orbit testing. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, schedule, and cost objectives are met, contributing to Lockheed Martin Space’s mission to advance resilient space capabilities.
