How to use measuring tools like calipers, pin gauges, and Optical Comparators and fill out inspection records.2: Solid base using various computer applications (Agile, Oracle, Office etc.)3: Detail Oriented and thoroughLooking For Experience In Mechanical Testing Environments, Not PharmaceuticalChemicals possibly to be worked with salene, isopropyl alcoholSummary Of Duties And ResponsibilitiesPerforms Incoming Inspections on chemicals, labeling and components using equipment such as optical comparator, calipers, microscopes and go and no-go gauges.Complete and or review Incoming, In-Process and Final Inspection documentation. Component Inspection Folders, checklist, release forms, calibration data records etc..Performs in process and final inspections to support ManufacturingEnsure that quality records are maintained according to the quality company SOPPerforms other duties as assigned.Knowledge, Skills, And ExperienceAssociate technical degree or equivalent experience3-year experience in Quality Inspection / Quality TechnicianExperience of GMP, 21CFR820, ISO 134851-3 years experience in precision mechanical inspectionAbility to understand schematics, drawing, BOM s and test processesStrong communication skills (both verbal and written) required.Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems highly desirableAble to interact with peers and able to use computer to process work orders.Proficient with MS Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent communications skills (both written and verbal).Ability to work independently or in team setting environment.Ability to lift objects that may weigh up to 30 pounds
