BDC Agent – Certified & Pre-Owned Center
As a BDC Agent at Acura of Valley Stream's Certified and Pre-Owned Center, you will be a key player in driving customer satisfaction and sales success. Your primary role will be to manage customer interactions through phone calls, emails, and online inquiries, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for prospective buyers of certified and pre-owned vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries from potential customers interested in certified and pre-owned vehicles. Provide detailed information about vehicle features, pricing, and availability.
Lead Management: Qualify and follow up with leads to schedule appointments for test drives and vehicle consultations. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system.
Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads from the BDC to the sales floor. Assist in coordinating and managing customer appointments and vehicle demonstrations.
Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing timely follow-ups. Strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance their overall experience.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and market trends. Share relevant information with customers to help them make informed decisions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as lead conversion rates and customer satisfaction scores. Utilize feedback to continuously improve processes and performance.
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in a Business Development Center (BDC), customer service, or sales role is preferred. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in using CRM software and other office applications. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Customer-Focused: Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Team Player: Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
