Experience in the commercial field strongly encouraged.Job Responsibilities:Perform restoration work for commercial propertiesPerform physical labor associated with cleanup activities, packing customer's contents, general on-location cleaning, HVAC cleaning, and deodorization of facilitiesAssists with the inventory of site contents, setup of emergency services equipment, preparing contents for storage, and lifting items into storageFollow applicable safety rules, regulations, guidelines, policies, and site-specific safety plans when performing cleanup activities and donning protective gearOperate routinely used tools and equipmentPerform routine inspection and preventative maintenance on assigned equipmentCommunicate with management to report project status, updates, issues, or concernsMaintain a clean and organized vehicle and clean equipment appearanceMaintain all job-related reports updated per company guidelinesQualifications:Commercial Restoration Experience, preferredHigh level of character and integrityProfessional appearanceBasic Computer SkillsOutstanding Customer ExperienceEffective Communication SkillsAbility to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of timeAbility to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects (50+lbs)Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable lawValid Driver's LicenseIICRC Certification is a plusMitigation and Construction experience is a plusBilingual is a plusTravel:Up to 75% (required)
