Parts & Warehouse Support Specialist

We’re seeking a Parts & Warehouse Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization. This 2-3 month contract opportunity is critical to keeping our client's service operations running smoothly by ensuring parts are received, stored, and distributed correctly to support our service technicians.If you’re helpful, eager to learn, and enjoy staying active throughout the day—this is a great opportunity to build long-term stability while gaining experience in a service-driven warehouse environment.What You’ll DoAccurately receive, verify, and put away incoming parts and materialsEnsure parts are stored correctly and inventory locations are maintained with precisionPull and stage parts in response to service technicians’ work ordersWork closely with service technicians who create electronic work orders and request partsMaintain organized, clean, and efficient parts and warehouse areasUse computer systems (manual entry and/or scanners) to track inventory and fulfill requestsSupport general warehouse and parts operations as neededMust-Have Qualifications:Helpful attitude with a strong eagerness to learn and support teammatesHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to be on your feet, walking and moving throughout the dayComfortable using computers and basic inventory or work order systemsDependable, organized, and proactiveTalentMatch®Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
