Senior Software Engineer – AI & AutomationSeattle, Washington (Hybrid-Very Flexible)Long term ContractOverviewWe are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead the design and development of AI-driven and automation-focused solutions. This role combines hands-on engineering with technical leadership, focusing on building scalable applications, integrating AI services, and leveraging low-code platforms to improve business processes.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and deploy full-stack applications and APIsBuild and integrate AI/ML solutions (LLMs, cognitive services, etc.)Develop automation workflows using tools like Microsoft Power PlatformLead technical direction for a team of engineers and ensure high-quality deliveryCollaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunitiesDrive best practices in software engineering (TDD, CI/CD, code reviews)Contribute to AI and automation strategy across teamsRequired Qualifications7+ years of software engineering experienceStrong full-stack development experience (C#, Java, or similar)Experience building scalable, distributed systems in the cloudHands-on experience with AI/ML or LLM integrationsExperience with workflow automation or low-code platforms (Power Platform preferred)Proven ability to lead technical delivery and mentor engineersPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft stack (.NET, Azure, SQL Server)Experience with Angular or modern frontend frameworksFamiliarity with containers (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesStrong understanding of AI/ML platforms (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, etc.)What’s in it For You…?Join a team dedicated to building and enhancing digital technology and directly impact the member experience and enhance how members interact with technology.
