That combination creates an environment where ideas move faster, ownership is real and impact is visible.YOUR ROLE In this role, you will act as a strategic finance partner for Versigent, North America and be responsible for material cost control, standard cost accuracy, and margin performance support. You will additionally ensure financial integrity of material valuation while driving cost optimization initiatives across the organization.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze standard vs. actual material cost and variances (PPV, usage, FX impact, Copper impact)Support month-end closing activities related to inventory and material costMonitor cost drivers (raw materials, freight, duties, inflation)Partner with Procurement and Supply Chain to identify cost-saving opportunitiesSupport Budget and Forecast processes for direct materialsEnsure compliance with accounting standards and internal controlsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics or equivalent experienceExperience in industrial controlling, cost accounting, or FP&AStrong understanding of standard costing and variance analysisMust have multi-site experience in material cost controlStrong proficiency in ExcelStrong knowledge of SAPStrong analytical mindset and business partnering skillsSpanish language fluency preferredExperience with Anaplan preferredAbility to travel approximately 20%Ability to work onsite in Troy, MIMust be legally able to work in the United States without requirement of any type of visa sponsorship or transfer now, or at any time in the futureWHY JOIN US?Grow with purpose.
