Won’t you join us?$1.50 shift premium for 2nd shift$1.00 shift premium for 3rd shiftBenefits active after 30 days after direct hireResponsibilitiesExperience Preferred, We will train the right person.Several Opportunities 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift positions available.BASIC FUNCTION: Assemble and pack bedding components while exceeding customer quality and expectations.Principal Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssembly ProcessAssemble bedding components through gluing applications.Create bed structure from scheduleMust know and able to identify foam typesCreate and issue tags through SAPVisually inspect, measure dimensions, and prepare for packaging.Must work towards daily production goalsPackaging ProcessMust read and understand customer packaging specifications as required.Visually inspect, measure dimensions, and prepare for packaging.Set-up and operate convoluter as needed.Create and issue tags through SAPPoly wrap, label, and stage product as required by customer order REQUIRED SKILLS, EXPERIENCE and EDUCATION:QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this task successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
