Join us and help revolutionize energy for a sustainable future.About The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Supply Chain Manager to build and scale our end-to-end supply chain. This role is both strategic and operational — you’ll negotiate supplier agreements in the morning, cut POs in the afternoon, and build scalable planning processes along the way.You will own supplier relationships, material planning, purchasing execution, and inventory strategies to ensure we can scale production without scaling chaos. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, builds structure where none exists, moves quickly without sacrificing quality and is a great team player.What You'll DoStrategic Sourcing & Supplier DevelopmentPartner with Engineering and Quality to identify, qualify, and onboard suppliers that can scale with our needsNegotiate pricing, lead times, MOQs, and contractsDevelop dual-source strategies to reduce riskBuild strong, long-term supplier partnershipsPurchasing & ExecutionIssue and manage purchase orders through deliveryCoordinate expedites and manage timelines in partnership with suppliersResolve supplier quality, delivery, and invoicing issuesInventory & Demand PlanningBuild practical planning processes that use forecasts to guide purchasing decisions, particularly for long-lead materialsContribute to MRP implementation, reorder point strategy, and safety stock planningPartner with Sales and Operations to improve forecasting processesEstablish clear inventory visibility and reportingCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with Engineering on new product introductions (NPI)Work with Quality to support NQA-1 standards and auditsCollaborate with Manufacturing to ensure material readinessAlign with Finance on invoice resolution and procure-to-pay processesBuilding for ScaleImplement supply chain processes that support sustainable growthEstablish supplier KPIs and performance scorecardsWhat Success Looks LikeA proactive, scalable supply chain aligned with company growth goalsStrong supplier partnerships and agreements that support expansion in the nuclear sectorClear visibility into supply risks with defined mitigation plansReliable material availability that supports manufacturing objectivesQualificationsExperience5–10 years in purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain within a product-based companyExperience in a high-growth environment is helpfulBackground in manufacturing, hardware, or complex assemblies preferredFamiliarity with the systems and processes required to build a strategic supply chain functionSkills & Working StyleCollaborative team-oriented mindsetComfortable operating in evolving environmentsClear and effective communicatorAccountable and proactiveAble to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionCandidates only, no recruiters or agencies please.
