The organization has experienced steady growth over the past several years and is looking for a motivated accounting professional who can support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to the continued success of the company. Accountant Key Responsibilities The Accountant will assist with month-end close, including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy of financial records The Accountant will support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes as needed Assist with financial reporting and internal documentation requirements The Accountant will help ensure compliance with accounting standards and government contract requirements Qualifications of the Accountant Role Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment Experience with QuickBooks preferred Strong Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
