We are located in the heart of Clermont, FL next to the Downtown Waterfront area.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Administrative Assistant that requires the ability to work in a face paced atmosphere and manage multiple responsibilities. These include assisting with the preparation and organization of legal documents, managing administrative tasks, maintaining client records, scheduling depositions and hearings, and coordinating communications. The role is pivotal in providing support to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations and an exemplary client experience.QualificationsStrong knowledge in Law and experience with Legal Document PreparationProficiency in Administrative Assistance and excellent Organization SkillsEffective Communication skills, including verbal and written abilitiesAttention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information with confidentialityProficiency in office software and tools and a willingness to learn Practice PantherAbility to work effectively on-site and collaboratively with a teamPrevious experience in a legal or administrative role is required
