This is a ground-floor opportunity to own the New Jersey market, navigate a complex healthcare landscape, and install our care model as the gold standard for families in need.We don't care if your background is in high-volume BDR work, real estate or if you’re a former clinician looking to transition into a high-stakes business role. What we do care about is grit, self-discipline, and the ability to simplify complexity. You don't need to know these terms on Day 1, but you must have the capacity to learn them quickly and speak the language of a clinician with confidence.Operational Rigor: You understand that "if it isn’t in the CRM, it didn't happen." You have a disciplined daily cadence and a high degree of self-accountability.Resilience: You are energized by the word "No." You understand that building a new market requires high activity and persistent follow-up.Local Roots: You currently reside in the New Jersey area and are ready to be in the field daily.
