Apply today and start your new career!Material Handler Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:Move components to and from warehouse locations as needed in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure materials are properly identifiedWraps skidsMaintain clean floors at all timesEmpty pallets stacked neatlyClean and maintain holding areaMust demonstrate ability to transport items safely and efficiently for both QA and Production CoordinatorsMust demonstrate competency to accurately complete move transactionsMust demonstrate willingness and ability to safely and efficiently access and transport -20 and -40 conditioned material to and from the warehouse storage areaClean packaging roomsClean primary packaging toolingChange room pre-filters as neededUtilize scanner devices for material movement and understand material handling computer systemMove components from warehouse location as neededDistribute small packages and envelopesAny other duties deemed necessary by supervisorsWork a reasonable amount of overtimeMust demonstrate ability to type or use a computerLifting 35-50 lbs. (with 2 person carry)On an average day, the individual can expect to move and/or transport up to 50 pounds. between 1/2 and 3/4 of the dayAbility to obtain power equipment certificationThis position may require overtime and/or weekend workKnowledge of and adherence to all PCI, EHS, cGMP, and GCP policies, procedures, rulesAttendance to work is an essential function of this positionPerforms other duties as assigned by manager/supervisorMaterial Handler Requirements:High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-3 months related experience and/or training. Basic mathematical skills. Ability to perform basic computer tasks and has the ability to operate common computer programs. Ability to speak in a way that allows one to participate effectively in various conversations.
