H2 Performance Consulting (H2) is seeking a Security Administrative Specialist to join our current contract supporting White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. This work will be performed on-client site and requires an active Secret clearance and CompTIA Security+ at time of hire.Responsibilities Include:Answer, evaluate, and prioritize incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and in-person requests for assistance from users requiring SIPRNet, ASCL Token, and Information Assurance documentation.Utilize ticketing system to document request status information as well as assign an applicable priority.Log in customer contacts and events.Maintain history records and related documentation.Provide first-level technical support using documented procedures and available tools in order to achieve first contact resolution in the applicable areas of expertise.Advise and educate customers, within procedural guidelines, to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions in the area of expertise.Follow up cases and requests to completion.Provide SIPRNet support, including packaging and distributing classified output; controlling access to the SIPR Café; controlling and maintaining COMSEC keying material under their control; and maintaining appropriate logs and rosters.Provide SIPR Token support, including, ordering, issuing, resetting passwords, logging, and receiving tokens. Assure all appropriate paperwork is completed before issuance of SIPR Tokens.Provide ASCL Token support, including, ordering, issuing, resetting passwords, logging, and receiving tokens. Assure all appropriate paperwork is completed before issuance of ASCL Tokens.Provide Information Assurance support to the Cyber Security Management Office in the areas of documentation, new user account creation requests for varying systems, and database maintenance and support. Assure all appropriate paperwork is completed according to procedures and guidelines. Required Experience:Education: High School Diploma/GEDCertifications: CompTIA Security+ at time of HireClearance: Secret/Interim at time of hireExperience:Mid Level: 1-2 YearsSenior Level: 3-5 YearsDemonstrated experience of various COTS software/hardware, and network products; Windows OS, MS Office, etc.Understanding of LAN/WAN/WLAN concepts, infrastructure, and protocols.Ability to communicate orally and in writing.Ability to understand detailed instructions.Ability to react to customer issues and formulate resolutions quickly.Ability to be self-motivated and to work on own initiative in a high-pressure environment.
