We're currently looking for an Executive Quantity Surveyor with experience in the Infrastructure sector to join our expert team and help drive the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure.This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the UK's most complex and high-profile Infrastructure projects while building your leadership profile in a collaborative, high-performing environment.What you'll be doing:As an Executive Quantity Surveyor at Gleeds, you'll play a key role in the delivery and commercial success of major Infrastructure programmes. Your responsibilities will include:Leading commercial management of nuclear infrastructure projects from inception to completionDeveloping procurement strategies and managing contracts (NEC3/4) to ensure value and complianceManaging cost planning, forecasting, and reporting for high-value worksOverseeing risk, change control, and commercial governanceCollaborating with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver best-in-class outcomesProviding leadership and mentoring to junior commercial staffWhat we're looking for:Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Managing Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects - sector experience is essentialStrong knowledge of NEC contracts and UK construction lawExcellent commercial acumen, communication skills, and client-facing experienceDegree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related fieldMRICS (or working toward chartership - support provided)Why Gleeds?At Gleeds, we're committed to supporting your professional development and long-term career success.
